Victoria Lynn Forbes Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Vicki Forbes passed away in peace on January 30, 2016 in Yuba City, CA. We mournfully deal with the loss of our daughter, mother, sister, aunt, and amazing friend. Vicki was 37 years old and spent her life loving her sons Tyler and Rocky with all she had. Vicki gave her all to many in her life. Helping her parents, baking for friends, and laughing with anyone who would join in. She will be missed by many that have expressed the loss they feel being left behind. She will be remembered with love by us all. We will never forget her mushroom collection, her goodies by the dozens, and that crazy red, pink, or purple hair. Her boys were blessed by her adventurous spirit. There was never a dull moment in her world. One friend shares the following: "I had the honor of meeting Vicki last year when I started working at Round Table with her. I was so scared and nervous, but as soon as she smiled at me, I knew she was going to be my best friend. I will miss her smile, her hugs, and how she always came to my rescue when I needed her even if it was day or night. She was my hero. I loved her with my whole heart and soul. She is gone but never forgotten." Vicki will be very missed by her two sons, Tyler, age 13, and Marcus (Rocky) age 7; her proud mother Lynn Forbes, sisters Audrey and Carla; and her brother Nick. She will be joining her dad Fred Forbes and Sister Cathy. Family and friends will love her forever. Memorial services are to be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Holycross Memorial Services, 486 Bridge St. Yuba City, CA 95991. There will be an open house to follow from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm; the address will be announced at the service.
